The large pool area was enjoyable for family.

My experience here was frustrating. The accommodation layout was incredibly impractical. you could barely move in the tiny space, and the shower curtain pole falling on my son was a shocking safety hazard. the dining options were consistently disappointing with fatty meats and flies all over the food. Being charged for water at dinner was ridiculous. There simply aren't enough sunbeds, so don’t expect to find one after 8am.

The location offers stunning views and easy access to beautiful beaches, making it a perfect quiet retreat. The staff consistently provided excellent service, especially during check-in. the kids' club lacked ventilation and freshness, creating an uncomfortable environment. The pool area could benefit from regular cleaning, as some visible scum diminished the overall enjoyment. Dining options were limited, with room for improvement in both variety and freshness of ingredients.

Had a blast with the group here! We enjoyed the awesome recreational facilities like table tennis and darts. A highlight was the seasonal entertainment program—lots of fun activities to keep everyone engaged! I also loved the proximity to lovely beaches for relaxation. Perfect for an unforgettable vacation with friends.

The beds could've been a bit more comfortable. After long days of fun, a good night's sleep was really needed, but I found them lacking. it was a minor setback in an otherwise great experience.

The breakfast buffet was lit, serving up a solid variety of hot and continental options—definitely a morning highlight! the pools were a blast, providing plenty of space for the kids to splash around. The staff, especially Manolo, took the cake with their warm and welcoming service.

Had a great time with the family, especially the little ones loved the mini disco, they were on the dance floor like they owned it! The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Manolo in the restaurant, my son was attached to him the whole week, felt like we were at a friend's place.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but still fair for what we got.

Excellent location, spacious pool area, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape that made our stay truly enjoyable, and the friendly staff was attentive and accommodating during our entire visit.

We had a wonderful experience! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The staff went above and beyond, from providing a cot for our baby to promptly helping with any requests. The kids loved the mini club activities, and the atmosphere was exceptionally friendly. a lovely family-friendly getaway!

It's just an optimal selection for resting at all in Arenal d'en Castell with good value. The room was clean and had newer furniture, making the stay comfortable. Always stock up on groceries nearby for convenience.
